RICK HANSEN is a ​​​​​​senior executive at a global consulting firm and is driven by the impact he has as a leader. He focuses on a human-centric approach to leadership and has an MA in Organizational Development and Management. He is author of Leadership and the Art of Surfing. Rick is also a keynote speaker and leadership coach and has given a TEDx Talk titled "What Surfing Taught Me About Leadership." Even so, it was his experience growing up with an exorcist father that inspired him to write The Blue Lady. He recently moved from California to Austin, Texas, with his wife and three daughters. The Blue Lady is his second book. In his free time, you can find him surfing and participating in other extreme sports.
